Here at L&B, all sales are final. We encourage you to take your time and research your purchase. Make sure you buy what you really want and need. Here at L&B we know sometimes things happen (circumstances out of our hands). Don’t fret, we'll try to make your buying experience a happy one. We know things happen and we will try to fix problems you have. For example if you were to buy something damaged, don’t fret, if it's under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced. If you were plain unhappy with a purchase, don’t fret, sometimes rules can be bent. Here at L&B our main concern is your happiness we have served Western NC for over 30 years. All mattresses, damaged, “as is” and clearance goods are all sales final.
All warranty claims will be handled according to manufacturers' specifications.
